The Cuba Libre is a recently opened restaurant in Bangkok’s city center at Amarin plaza. The restaurant has authentic Cuban dishes prepared by Cuban chefs who makes sure that the dishes made uses Cuban ingredients.
The restaurant owners as well as Chef would like locals, and expats to know more about the Cuban culture and cuisines which is the heart and soul of Cubans.

Signature dishes can be a few typical Cuban dishes like:
- Ropa Vieja – Threads of Beef in Cuban Sauce
- Cuban Tamales – Corn pasta with pork, wrapped up in corn leafs
- Tostones – Fried Banana slices
- Papas Rellenas – Stuffed Potatoes (with pork or mushrooms)
These and other dishes like Arroz Congris (Rice and Beans), Rice with Chicken, Beans Stew, Pumpkin Flan, etc, are prepared by our Cuban Chef, Jordan Garcia, according to the Cuban way and trying to keep all (or must) of the ingredients same as in Cuba.
The restaurant also have a few signature and classic cocktails as well, the Mojito, Pina Colada, Martini Passion, Whiskey Smash, Purple Touch and Daiquiri.
