Tri Dash Bangkok – Real Rush of Adrenaline


Tri Dash Bangkok is a twelve race triathlon series held at Bangpoo Golf and Sports Club in Samut Prakarn just outside of Bangkok. Tri Dash Bangkok is an exciting event for sport enthusiasts living in Bangkok.

Tri Dash Race is organized by Go Adventure Asia and it is a part of Tri Dash Bangkok series 2016.  Tri Dash Bangkok 2016 is a 12 race triathlon series that consists of a number of Sprint Distance, Olympic Distance and Odd Format Triathlons.

This Tri Dash offers opportunity for all those people who love to race and get a remarkable experience they will never forget. However, there are several rules that participants should follow and all of them vary depending on the race format. Some of them include that athletes should be medically healthy and fit, they must prepare their own water for the bikes, they must wear their race number, if they participate in the race they are on their own risk. It’s not necessary to finish the race but the most important thing is to have fun and give it a go.

The age categories also vary depending on the gender. For males the categories are: 18-39, 40-49, 50- up; for females the categories are: 18-39, 40- up.
