The transport department data shows that Viphavadi Rangsit road is the busiest road in town with more than 150,000 vehicles travelling everyday on average.
The second most busiest road is Rama II with more than 140,000 vehicles per day followed by Chaeng Wattana 110,1888 vehicles. As per Bangkok Post the reason behind traffic in Viphavadi road is because of the motorists use Viphavadi road more often due to the construction of the Sky Trains in Phahonyothin road thereby adding more traffic.
The average speed of vehicles in Bangkok is 15 km / per hour in the morning and 22 km / per hour in the evening. Bangkok roads are considered to be one of the most dangerous because of the rules and regulations not being prioritized by the authorities.
