A proper breakfast may be considered a luxury for those of us trying to beat the Bangkok rush hour in the morning. These newest restaurants, however, will make getting up a little earlier for that most important meal of your day definitely worth it! Ranging from traditional menus like Eggs Benedict to a more adventurous Quinoa Tom Yum, this list will surely satisfy your breakfast cravings no matter what they are.
First on our list is brekkie on Sukhumvit 39. Despite its name, breakfast is served all day long here. Their menu promotes healthy eating, using superfoods as the main ingredients. Recommended dish includes Quinoa Tom Yum Fried Rice, Avocado Toast and Açaí Smoothie Bowl served with granolas and chia seeds.
For those on cheat days, the restaurant also offers options like Organic French Fries, American-Style Chicken Reuben Sandwich, and Ricotta Cheese and Coconut-Butterscotch Pancakes.

A hidden spot inside a furniture store, Luka might be a lesser-known joint but their delicious menu items make them a strong contender on this list. Their Breakfast Burrito, stuffed with quinoa, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, tomato salsa, avocado, and Thai chipotle sauce is a must-try. Other recommended dish includes Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Soup and Brioche Bun Meatball Sandwich.
If you happen to swing by on a weekend, Luka offers homemade French Toastonly available on weekends as well. There is also a coffee bar offering classic espresso drinks starting from 70 THB, and a wide selection of exotic tea that you should not miss!

A small cafe in Thonglor with a cozy ambience that lives up to its name. Breakfast includes Eggs Benedict, Tobiko-Cream Pasta, and a heavier item like Ribeye Steak. For those with sweet tooth, check out their Chocolate Souffle and Spanish Churros with Yuzu and chocolate Sauce. Warm wood cafe also offers homemade smoothie blended with frozen yoghurt, which is perfect for the Bangkok heat. Other drinks include Seasonal Cocktail and White/Red Sangria.

One of the first places to offer brunch in Bangkok, Chu now opens their second branch in Sathorn area. Their signature dish are Churros and Hot Chocolate, but it’s their other menu items that steal the show. Recommended dish includes Crab Linguine, Eggs Benedict, Pesto Chicken Salad, Tuna Melt, and Pulled-Pork Burger made with bread from maison jean phillipe and meat from slone’s.

A place especially for those who love desserts, Dandelion offers sweet breakfast classics such as Nutella Brownie, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Dark Chocolate Cupcake. Drinks include a variety of juices, coffees and teas. Heavier breakfast items include Campfire Big Breakfast Set, which comes with mac & cheese, sausage, bacon, and eggs, and Creamiest Carbonara, the creamiest pasta you’ll ever have.

4th branch of the popular Scandinavian cafe, Rocket offers classic breakfast items like BLT Sandwich, Scrambled Eggs with Salmon, and Peanut butter with Bananas. All sandwiches are served with your favorite bread, choices include bagels, sourdough, baguettes, croissants, or even tortillas. For the health-conscious crowd, Rocket also offers healthy menu items such as Chia Seeds Chocolate Pudding and Berries Granolas.

Put your mall-restaurant bias aside because D’ark offers delicious brunch items unlike others. Brunch is served from morning until 6pm, and must-try items include Mornay Eggs, Breakfast Burrito, Grilled Blue Prawn, and Duck Breast Rossini. For those with sweet tooth, popular dessert items are Tiramisu Espresso, D’ark Opera, and Apple Tart.

Loved by expats and locals alike, Toby’s offers Australian-style brunch and high-quality coffee with great ambience. Favorite menu item goes to their Egg Mikado, freshly-baked sourdough topped with sunny-side up eggs, served with smoked salmon and hollandaise. For your coffee fix, try their signature Flat White and Australian-style Iced Latte for a great way to start your day.

Last but not least, Triple offers simple menu items such as Rocket Salad with Smoked Salmon and French Toast with Seasonal Fruits. Their coffee beans are also top-quality, with selections from Brazil, Indonesia, and Guatemala. Be sure not to miss their aeropress, a single-origin coffee brewed using air pressure technique, and other classic espresso items like Lattes or Macchiatos.
