The incident happened in Charoen Krung road on Friday where a motorcyclist was held by the collar, slapped multiple times on the middle of the street after hitting the car.
According to Bangkok post the motorcyclist was chasing a taxi driver who had previously hit his motorbike and in doing so hit the mini cooper. He was repeatedly slapped by the man who held him by the collar and asked him to “wai” in front of the car.
The victim did not resist the argument and quietly prostate in front of the car. It was later reported that the man in white is an actor and a commentator of a music company according to Bangkok post.
