Thai dog rescued from Stella snowstorm in New York

Pandy, was first rescued from illegal meat trade in Thailand by Soi dog foundation. It was rescued once again by police officers during the Stella snowstorm in New York.

Pandy was being walked by rescue shelter Haven Manhattan Soho when she spooked and ran almost 40 blocks to Lincoln tunnel where it was spotted by police officers who finally hold on to its leash.

According to Bangkok Post, Pandy ran almost 40 blocks to Lincoln tunnel.
