For its 10th birthday, Sra Bua restaurant decided to make a major change and launch a whole other menu and cookbook, way more attractive than the previous one. The amazing cookbook “Kiin Kiin Modern Thai Cooking” was launched by chef Henrik Yde Aldersen and could be found for a price of THB 3,000 (heavy hardback) with more than a hundred recipes starting from tasty Thai meat dishes, sauces and curry pasta to desserts.
When it comes to the menu chef Herink Yde Aldresen decided to make it more focused on Thai cuisine in street inspired amuse bouche, which makes it even more exciting! Between the dishes on the menu could be noticed Larb Ped , Hor Mok Talay (in two versions: spicy red curry flan served with crab meat and spicy green frothy curry served with salted codfish), smoked Thai sausage and chicken skin satay with peanut sauce ice cream and much, much more. Sra Bua is a very classy and affordable restaurant with nice décor of spacious booths, soaring ceilings, Thai pavilion and lotus flowers which makes the atmosphere amazingly relaxing.
It is a great place to go for a dinner with your friends or family and check out the new delicious menu that just was launched.
